This means that we will not have to charge for actual physical call-outs, whenever issues can be corrected remotely by our specialist staff - offering support at a much reduced cost.
The support platform used by Ideal CCTV requires no firewall adjustments, nor any administrator permissions on side of the caller - All that is required is a computer with internet connection.
Some example services include:
- Assist in downloading Event Footage required by the Police
- Router configuration for Port Forwarding to web-video-servers of IP Cameras and DVRs
- Adjustements of FPS Frames/second to increase max. recording time
